The only reason this isn't a 5-star door is because of the etching inside each window. The manufacturer date and other non-sensical writing is etched on the INSIDE of every window pane. You cannot scrape it off. To say we were disappointed they would ruin this beautiful door with letters etched into every window, is an understatement. To take the door back out and return would be an insane amount of work so we are going to live with it. But it's a beautiful door, came in pristine condition, minus the stupid etching.. Shea.
