This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. This toilet requires careful planning and following the instruction manual in terms of finding additional fittings if needed. The toilet was a retrofit and I gave it four stars because parts were required that were not in the box for the different sizes of existing connectors The small card in the warranty bag offers parts from the manufacturer that we needed. We were able to get it installed until we can get the part. The features of this toilet are great and you will not be disappointed! It is a great value and worth the effort. Very happy with the toilet and the price. The sensor flush is clutch! The motor stopped working properly after a year of using it, but they sent a replacement within a week of reporting the incident. I would’ve given this vacuum 5stars however I think the design could have been more functional. The description says corded so you’re not surprised that it’s not cordless, but the cord should at least be retractable. There is no where to put the cord other than to wrap it around the item itself, not sure how much damage that does long term. On a positive note, it is very easy to use, just the push of a button.
