This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The lowest temp is 61 as a timer and all the basic features that a window unit usually comes with. You can turn the display off the lights in the display with the remote or you can leave it on. The display is very clear to read. I know its more of a personal preference, but I like how the remote is kind of bulky and a nice size. I always lose smaller things so I appreciate the size of the remote. The installation is what you would expect with any window AC unit. Nothing special.
