Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). My window looked awesome on Halloween with this light. It’s very bright and all the color choices make it fun for any holiday decor. Unfortunately, it makes a buzzing sound when it’s on. For that reason, it will be used outdoors only from now on. I also wish it came with a better quality remote. It can work with a phone as well but I have yet to find a good free app for this. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never owned a bidet toilet. Turns out I love it and I’m very happy with my Woodbridge smart toilet. Some things take getting used to and some things you need to read the instruction manual to set the settings to your liking. I love the powerful and quiet flushing. I also love the minimalist look of it. Some of the other toilets I saw for sale look like little space ships I like a plain this one is. The bidet component is much more effective than I thought it would be. I would recommend this toilet and I would go so far to say that I may buy a second one for my other bathroom upstairs..
