I'm disappointed with this fridge. It's been nothing but trouble. It's extremely loud, and the manufacturer finally agreed to replace the fan motor because it sounded like it was about to explode. Then the handle broke. A year later, the compressor failed, and we had to pay for a diagnostic, only to find out that the repair would cost about the same as what we originally paid for the fridge. Overall this is a nice pan but it should not be labeled as non stick. You definitely need some type of fat to prevent sticking but you can use less. I do like that it can withstand higher heat.
