Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. Shopped around for a replacement water heater. A lot of brands I'd not heard of. I was also surprised that many had warranties for 2-5 years. After researching and trying to find a better brand with greater longevity, I learned that Wayfair sold water heaters and they carried GE. I found the GE model I was looking with a 12 year warranty and ordered it. Excellent communication, reasonable shipping time frame (our old water heater was still limping along, so we were ok to wait but I ordered on the 15th and it arrived by the 22nd!) and shipping was free. Replaced a gas water heater after 30+ years. Initially it saved a lot compared to electric. But LP gas has gotten so high that I felt I was not saving anymore.
