The dishes arrived safe and sound. They were packaged well and were delivered very quickly. They have a good weight and feel in your hand. Didn’t notice any manufacturing flaws or blemishes (bought two sets). Banged one pretty hard, by accident, and didn’t manage to break it. I heated up food in the microwave and the plates did not get hot. My only issue is that these dishes are advertised as being white and they are light gray. The band on the rim is not black, it is a darker gray. See my attached picture on a white table. I will keep them because I do like them. I just wish that they were the color that I wanted.. Deborah. At first, I was very disappointed. Very minimal packaging meaning the dish set was not protected AT ALL!! We received 4 of these in the mail and they ended up going directly into storage. We waited 10 months before opening... our fault for not opening before. However, once we opened and discovered that there was 1 broken plate, I called customer service. To my surprise, customer service was AMAZING. They lady I dealt with was super helpful and even replaced the 1 salad plate the came broken. I am so happy with the customer service I received.
