This panoramic photograph of New York was taken by James Blakeway. It features a twilight view of lower Manhattan, known as the financial capitol of the United States. The World Trade Center Buildings are the two tallest. On the left are the Empire State Building, lit in red, white and blue and the Chrysler Building, with its distinct art deco roof. In the foreground is the Upper Bay, where the Hudson River and the East River converge. The Brooklyn Bridge can be seen spanning the East River. To the right, on Liberty Island, is the Statue of Liberty.

New York has architecturally significant buildings in a wide range of styles spanning distinct historical and cultural periods. These include the Woolworth Building, the Chrysler building, and of course, the world famous Empire State building or many years the tallest building in the world. This third in the Skyline series features an image of the Empire state building as well as many surrounding structures. How many can you identify? Alex Zeng’s eye for multi-dimensional art brings this skyline to vivid life. Complete your skyline series with this grand piece.

This ready to hang, matted framed art piece features a colorful cityscape of New York, New York. Art and design were always Michael's favorite subjects at school. He was fortunate to land a job as a graphic designer at one of London's most prestigious publishing companies after leaving University. After 12 highly enjoyable years Michael Tompsett made the decision to pursue a full-time career creating his own work. The freedom and time to be able to focus solely on his own projects has been a wonderful experience. Although Michael likes to experiment with different styles and subjects, his main focus is on map art. He enjoys looking for unique and interesting ways to depict something which is very familiar. Maps are visual representations of the world they live in, a world which is incredibly diverse. Apart from maps, Michael Tompsett creates urban landmark and cityscape designs.
