I have just had one trial run with this machine to make sure it was running smoothly and I was very impressed. It was a daunting prospect for me to connect it to my computer as I am 77 years old but my daughter helped me to connect it up. From the few uses I've had so far from it, I love it. It does get a bit confused by cliffs, so you need to use the app to mark an area around a cliff as a no- go zone. It also gets confused around my vent on the floor, and it thinks it's a cliff too. I just mark that as a no go zone and I've had no problems thus far. It navigates around chairs and under my bed like a dream. It also mops hard floors, and suctions more on carpet. It has a voice that you can change to many languages. This vacuum is perfect for my little place. It’s just a smaller version than the larger one that my daughter has. But the suction on this vacuum is outstanding! I read some of the other reviews who said it didn’t have much suction power but this one sucked up a lot of dog hair. I haven’t had a vacuum in a week and I have a golden retriever. You can see in the photo how much hair it sucked off my rug on the the floor and from the couch! I love this little vacuum!! it also has a really long cord, which is great. I don’t have to keep unplugging and plugging in somewhere else. It has several attachments that are helpful too. I also read where someone said when they vacuumed dust came out from the back. I didn’t have that problem at all and I’ve only got the one rug in my living room, which is a small space rug and then I have the hardwood floors, there was no dust coming out of this vacuum cleaner. Rocky was easy to setup. Some advice, only vacuum one room at a time in the beginning. We have pets and the dustbin was so full it couldn’t empty. I had to take the top off rocky and empty myself. Now I’m vacuuming one room at a time so the dustbin doesn’t get too full. Then with regular cleaning I’ll go back to full cleaning. I also love the mopping feature.
