I received the frame with no front glass piece and no back piece . I attempting to exchange / return under the category missing parts it would not let me . However, when I submitted the return for any other category the return was approved as long as I paid shipping. I then contacted customer service and they ordered the missing parts and sent me tracking number but for the last few weeks no info is available.
