Be careful when removing the wrapping… the scissors I used scratched one of the legs (two small thin scratches, I had that leg face inward when assembling it so it won’t be noticeable). That being said, I did appreciate the note in the instruction manual that advises assembly on a soft surface like a rug. After accidentally scratching the leg, I quickly opened up the cardboard box it came in and used that as a flat, protective surface. No more scratches ensued! These chairs are fantastic! They are extremely comfortable and one of our favorite features is how quickly they dry after rain. Got this as an open box set and it seems sturdy and well made. There were a few small scratches on one of the arms, but don't effect the structure at all.
