Putting it together was simple to understand but not all of the pieces were aligned and it took some work. This could have been due to unevenness of the ground? Smaller than what I was expecting, even with reviewing dimensions. Overall I am happy with my purchase. We will be staking this down to ensure it does not blow over in a heavy storm and plan on removing 1 side of slates to plant a climbing rose in ground (they are not removable. It is really pretty. Wasn’t hard to assemble. Unfortunately the latch situation others have described in their reviews are true. The latch must have been put on backwards because the gate will NOT stay shut. Any little breeze will open it. I’ll have to figure out a latch that will match it and actually keep it closed.
