This is a heavy 30" coffee table. Very easy to put together. I did it by myself - maybe 20 min. tops? Wood is nice - I think acacia wood which is sturdy. I have 63" between the sofa chaise ends, and could have taken a 34 or 35" round, but I didn't want to have to scoot around it every time we sat down. 30" gives a place for things. This is a really cute table, both style wise and in color. If you are not going to move it around I think the screws they have provided would be fine but being you are screwing into MDFparticle board a few of the screws did not get good purchase into the top and bottoms tiers. Came with scratches. The packaging was very difficult and time consuming to unpackage. Also when you flip it at the end, the top of the legs aren’t perfectly flush with the surface so we had to redo the screws to make it flush. Beautiful custom table looks exactly like photos. I went with the distressed white. I actually have a table exactly alike, but in a smaller version, I bought at world market years ago, and it held up all these years.
