I have mine set up a little shorter than they show theirs leaving me with 2 extra pieces about 1 foot long of each for the frame; I eliminated the middle frame tube simply by leaving it out on each side and connecting the front to the back with the steering wheel mount as far forward as possible on the frame for correct ergos. What this does is it brings the monitor mounts about 8 inches closer to you in the seat which I noticed was the only relivent complaint about this rig; can't believe no one else figured that out?! Again what a good deal this is direct from GTR through wayfair; shippend to my house in like 5 days of ordering when on the website said 3-4 weeks so don't let that stop you from ordering I've seen many other reviews saying the same. The fit and finish quality excellent, super easy to assemble, i did everything in 1 hour; they even included the necessary allen keys and and nice big clear instructions! If you’re ordering during the winter, I’d recommend letting them sit at room temperature for a while before unrolling them. Once they warmed up and I followed the instructions, they flattened out without any issues. So far they’ve been working really well. I’m really happy with this chair! It was pretty easy to put together and feels sturdy once assembled. The seat is wider than most gaming chairs I’ve tried, which makes it much more comfortable when sitting for a long time. I really like the footrest and being able to recline when I want to relax, although feels flimsy not sure on the weight it can hold . The lumbar and neck pillows give good support too, the massage pillow is more of a buzzing than massaging, It looks great in person and honestly feels like a much more expensive chair for the price. My only grip would be the massager pillow and the foot rest but overall a great chair. My box did come with some damage have a few dings you can see in the pics. Victor. St Petersburg, FL.
