Due to the ridiculously long descriptions this manufacturer gives to its products, inadvertently ordered several pairs of non-blackout curtains. Since all of this manufacturers curtains are purportedly “custom“, I was unable to return the unwanted curtains. So, pay attention to what you’re actually ordering or you may be stuck with what you don’t want. Despite my ordering snafu, I persevered and finally ordered the blackout curtains. They are what you see in my pictures. Pictured over the sliding door are two curtains on each side in “seashell” which I would call light beige. My walls are Behr lunar surface. As you can also see, one of the curtains is mysterious my not fully blackout despite having the lining. We were initially very excited about this product, and while the delivery team was great, the assembly was scheduled for a separate day/team for two days later. Delivery day comes, and they rescheduled half an hour prior asking for another appointment two days later. Ultimately, they asked to reschedule a 3rd time (also within half on hour of the 2nd scheduled time), which did not meet our availability, so we had to cancel and assemble ourselves. It was very time consuming, we had to take time away from work waiting for appointments that never happened, and the end product was okay, but after about a week one of the recliners stopped working. They are sending a replacement for that part of the sectional, and I hope it works. They will not pick up the damaged piece, however, so that’s on us to get rid of, which of course nobody will take PART of a sectional so we’ll have to pay our trash company to cart it off. Sigh.
