First off, this recliner is very pretty, well made, comfortable, and matched the color of my existing leather furniture. It was made in the USA and was very easy to put together. Our only complaint is the seat sits too high in conjunction with the arms. This makes the arms totally useless. If I had noticed this in the photos on Wayfair, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. As soon as my husband sat in it, we realized the issue with the arms. To remedy this, I bought two bolster pillows so my husband can rest his arms on them. I am absolutely obsessed with this couch! Very comfortable very high-quality and all of the features are amazing! I would say the only one thing I don’t like about. It is the fact that it is electric and it has to be plugged in in the house that we are currently in, we have to float our couch rather than putting it up against the wall, so we have to tuck it underneath the cord which of course leaves a hump, which is a nuisance, but hopefully at our next house that we will be moving too soon we will be able to put it up against the wall!
