This is hands down the most comfortable couch I have ever owned. I was always against getting a recliner, but this couch changed everything. When not in a reclining position, the couch doesnt look like a recliner at all. The buttons are tucked underneath the cushions so you dont even see them. Getting them to hang straight and close smoothly required trial and error. A second pair of hands is highly recommended for this specific step. There were a few hairline cracks in the large pieces of Flexstone but the contractor thinks he can work around those. The glue was a total loss but we purchased some locally for our project.(A piece of cardboard at the tips would have saved the glue)the top of the box was smashed.
