This bed was probably one of the easiest bed to build that I let my 4 yr old help with. It says you need two people, but really can be built alone. Put this bed together myself in maybe less than 20 min? The padding around the metal frame is a nice way to avoid stubbed toes. Definitely cant be used to step on since it will sink down, but not bad for small children since the bed is still close to the ground. The corduroy is super soft. The headboard did come with a small gray stain but didn't care for it since it's in a spot that can't be seen after install. Only reason for 4 star is because I thought the headboard would have a sturdy backing, turns out you'd have to basically paste and Velcro it on the wall it'll be against. I'm the type of person that constantly likes to rearrange furniture so I didn't do that since it would make it such a hassle to move it around if I wanted the bed against a different wall. It's not too bad though since it will still stay up as long as it's against the bed and wall. Overall though it's a wonderful bed frame and my daughter liked it a lot. The chair itself is a 5 star chair. Super comfortable, perfect shape and size, seamless setup. The only downside the color is definitely slightly off from the picture and there’s a chemical smell coming from the chair after first opening. This smell will likely go away, but if you want the color to match the picture exactly, I’d double check. I ended up liking the actual color better, but it’s more of a turquoise than a dark green. The only thing I would say is there is a delivery service to sign for it and they were not willing to work with me on scheduling a delivery day that worked for me.
