This 1/2 Inch overlay single demountable hinge is a great replacement or upgrade to your existing cabinetry. These are hinges are for retrofit only. Uses slots mortised into door for simple door installation and removal; simply loosen or tighten the clamps as needed. Especially handy for frequent door removal or cleaning, or if staining or painting your cabinets will occur after installation.

Unfortunately, these lights don’t work in my house. They are made for new construction and in order to make them work in an older house. You have to retrofit the light fixture, which would cost more money than it’s worth. They are not made to go right into an existing light fixture. You will need to order the springs from the company for them to work unless you have newer construction they won’t work. That being said, they seem like good quality. These pictures were from my test run to make sure they fit. In the process of refinishing my cabinets and I’ve ordered at least 3 different sets trying to covert my face frame exposed hinge cabinets. These are partially concealed and self close not soft close. They still look better than the painted on mess that they are replacing.
