Door is as stated in description so if that is what you need, this door will serve the purpose. The craftsmanship and quality of the door itself is fine. The size and hinges are good but there was a chip out of the frame, rough edges and drippy primer. Square in the frame and easy to install. I really like the weight of this door; not too light. Needed some sanding and some black goo removed. Edges around the hinges are rough like could have used sharper cutting tools. Painting this door is odd in that the paint doesn't stick very well and will peel off easily on a 2nd coat if you need to remove small debris while you're painting.. Mary. Beavercreek, OR. I ordered 4 doors (2 per space) and 3 out of 4 were good. One was a little warped, which caused issues for the professional installer. He made some cuts and sanded, but it still doesn't close perfectly. It's almost like it's bowed, and touches at the top and bottom, but there's a gap in the middle where 2 sets come together.
