What a nice door and to think the customer support man helped me find it! All I can say is that it arrived quickly and is the perfect replacement for my old basement door which was letting the draft in during this past cold weather and it really was freezing here in Oklahoma! Door is as stated in description so if that is what you need, this door will serve the purpose. The craftsmanship and quality of the door itself is fine. I ordered 4 doors (2 per space) and 3 out of 4 were good. One was a little warped, which caused issues for the professional installer. He made some cuts and sanded, but it still doesn't close perfectly. It's almost like it's bowed, and touches at the top and bottom, but there's a gap in the middle where 2 sets come together. For the past few months, I’ve been updating all the doors in my home, switching them from white to black. When I came across this door, I decided to order it for my closet to add a different design and save myself from having to paint another one. I’m so happy with how beautiful this door is, it completely elevated the look of my closet! It’s such a simple change, but it made a big difference. This door is as expected for quality and weight. It is a good door but our house is old so the doorways are not square. My husband had to trim the door height. The doors are nice quality for the cost, and all hardware was included. Installing and adjusting them in our non-square non-level house was annoying. The instructions were not very clear, but a quick search online for hanging bifold doors is helpful enough. I wish pilot holes would have been drilled for the hinges, but the price is low. I got this bi-fold door for my walk-in closet and I’m really happy with it so far. Came securely packaged and I was able to install it myself. The primer had a rough feel to it so I painted it with the same paint we have on our molding. Installation took maybe 30 minutes and I had to use a drill to attach the brackets, but if you are moderately handy it should be no problem. Added my own handles to match the rest of the kitchen..
