This console table is just the right size to use as a TV stand in my smaller living space. The finish is distressed and rustic, so be prepared for that. Cannot attest to ease of assembly because I opted to use the professional service for this one. This item would definitely have been improved by the addition of leveling devices, since I'm certain many folks will use it with a television as I did.
