Very nice pole and it is very sturdy. The top piece was not attached. Bought the Arcitectura Mailbox too which was missing 2 bolts. Contacted customer service and the agent was most curt and unkind in her correspondence and told me it was attached to the base. Great, kids love it, still jumping. They love how big it is.. I didn't realized how big 15 ft really is when you put it in your back yard and it stand another 10plus feet tall. You do need to be comfortable doing the install yourself or be willing to get someone to do it for you, but it wasn't all that hard and I'm not all that handy.
