Receiving it was NOT easy, especially since these things are heavy, heavy, heavy, but they’re absolutely everything I hoped for. Gorgeous, classy floor tiles that impress every guest on sight. They’re a little challenging to clean, but there are methods to keep them nice and glossy. They’re less “mop it and forget about it” tiles and more “get on your hands and knees to wipe with white vinegar then polish thoroughly with a microfiber cloth” tiles, so just beware that the shine requires some maintenance. Don’t be cocky (sorry had to)! Do not assume you know how to use this product. It comes with video instructions online that help navigate potential pitfalls such as the propensity to crack when drying. This is silicone which over the long term is worth the effort (adjusts to natural settling, durable, maintains color appeal). They have an amazing array of colors to choose from. And it is easy to apply if you follow the instructions. The only thing that keeps it from sealing a 5 star rating is the time it takes to fully cure and the fact that you could easily overlook the instructions forewarning you of the pitfalls.
