Contractors struggled to install. The door is heavy and looks fantastic. Our last door was thin, and any time you accidentally bumped it, it would shake. This door is thick and held in place well, so it doesn't budge when bumped. It worked since I have non-standard shower sizes and making it custom is time consuming and more expensive. Looks nice and good quality! My only concern is the sturdiness of the entire unit cause there is a little wobble on the fixed panels everything the door is closed or opened with a slight force! Ok so i was very nervous about ordering a 3 piece door for this clients project, we were originally going to go with a custom glass door to be absolutely positive of the fit but in order to save money I went ahead and opted to go with this door from the Glass Warehouse only because I had purchased several of their panels in the past, obviously as they recommend I took all of my measurements carefully and was hoping that their measurements and their tolerances were going to be as accurate as the description stated and they absolutely were! The three-piece door fit perfectly just as it should and had more than enough anchoring points for the load-bearing panel holding the door to be nice and stable, for added Comfort I did go ahead and put in the recommended stability bar which definitely stabilized it more but does not detract from the frameless appearance. Well, packaged as always, the delivery ppl could have done a better job, but that has nothing to do with the product, i will keep ordering these doors in the future. Just installed this dreamline sliding shower door. We needed an option without a top rail because of the unusual structure of our bathroom. The bay window would not allow for a top rail install and the bathroom was too small for a pivot style door. This slider worked great. My only complaint is that the slider has a little too much play in the top glider and so rattles a bit. We plan to reduce the clearance with a thicker piece of rubber to eliminate that issue. We also have not been able to determine how to properly drain the inner channel. It seems to hold standing water after shower use. Could be user install error. Overall a great product.. Colette. The shower doors were a perfect fit, the only thing I would strongly recommend, is that when installing the door, be sure to seal the panel with silicone to avoid the panel from slipping and the door to drag on the threshold.. Pauravi. Sun May 21 2023
