The monogram ice maker is less than a year old. It stopped working. When I contacted the service group, I got a message that there will be a service charge. I like the materials, they seem to be heavy duty. The net I bought is for a 12 x 14 gazebo from Yardistry only issue I ran into was that the net tracks for the long side of the gazebo were not the correct ones, they were longer than the beams where I was to mount them on I ended up having to section about 6 inches of two tracks so they would fit properly. I followed the installation instructions and installed the tracks 2 inches from the bottom of the horizontal beams on the gazebo, and when mounted the nets I noticed there’s about 2-inch gap at the bottom of the net and the floor I don’t know if that’s intended or not.
