I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This is not listed anywhere in the instructions, leaving my plumber dumbfounded. Once we reached trouble shooting on the phone (after a long wait), we were sent pictures of the necessary cutting. This seems like something that should be handled on your end--why wouldn't you cut this piece before including in the set and why don't you include any explanation of this in the directions? Also, you included the wrong water hoses, so we needed to go to the hardware store and purchase new hoses. All of this required extra labor, two visits, thus increasing overall expense.. We’ve done our own drinking water tests at home from a few kits we got from the city, and specifically the metals detected in this filtered water versus the filtered water from our refrigerator is astounding. I recently bought this smart toilet to replace my old one and I am so glad I did so. This is an upgraded smart toilet with LED screens at the back and a separate remote controller, feels very high tech. Its height is a little higher than conventional toilet so it feels more comfortable because I am tall. Its flushing power is stronger but also quiet , and it’s fully automated! It has massage wash and heated seat, so cool. It looks like it’s more eco friendly and saves power and water.
