I ordered 4 doors (2 per space) and 3 out of 4 were good. One was a little warped, which caused issues for the professional installer. He made some cuts and sanded, but it still doesn't close perfectly. It's almost like it's bowed, and touches at the top and bottom, but there's a gap in the middle where 2 sets come together. I ordered two of these solid core doors for my 1950s home, which has non-standard closet openings. First, these doors are extremely heavy. The quality is great, though. My only real issue is the packaging for shipping.. it isn’t great. Like many others have experienced, my doors arrived damaged. Thankfully, it was limited to a few small dings and scratches, but still enough to be disappointing. All in all, I would recommend them. These are heavy-duty doors, and the quality seems excellent for the price. Just be aware that you’re rolling the dice a bit when ordering as there’s a 5050 chance it will be damaged in transit. NOTE I added a piece of trim to hide the railing above both doors. Yes. The frame in one of my closets is crooked so the install was hell. A home builder problem, not a door problem though.. Daniel. It wasn’t the easiest thing to install but it also wasn’t the hardest. You have to do every single thing because it’s customizable to which way you want it to open. By the time I got to the pivot things you tap in I was DELIGHTED to not have to do my own pre-drilling. Make sure you have power tools to assemble this. In the end, I am happy to have found this. The doors look great. We had a handyman install them, as installation appeared (and was) a bit complicated. Purchasers should note that these pre-finished doors are 0.8 inches thick (which is typical for this type with glass panels) as opposed to unfinished hollow core doors, which run about 1.3 inches. Purchasers should also note that the "arctic white" color is not pure white like typical trim paint in most houses; it has about one drop of gray in it. But I still love the doors and I don't think my husband has even noticed the very slight color difference. The trim piece that goes at the top is a bit janky looking but not a deal breaker. My complaint is that different size doors come with different color and style of handles. The 60x80 came with two satin nickel knobs for each pair of doors but the 48x80 came with two gold pull handles per pair of doors (meaning two knobs/handles per four panels). So, not only was the hardware mismatched for our four new doors, but the photos and the item description claimed each door of the larger size had four pull handles. Not great but I ended up just buying all matching satin nickel door pulls and installing 4 handles per door set, so that each panel would have a pull. This was more a decorative move than functional, although we do end up grabbing all the pulls at different times to open/close the doors. Adding the four pulls definitely elevated the look and made the doors look more finished and balanced than if we had just put one handle on each door. All in all I am happy with this purchase but for the price would have expected the handles to match across door sizes and to have the amount of pulls shown in the item photo on the website..
