My husband bought one from the COOP company for his sleep apnea and there is ways to lower it or raise it so I thought I would give it a try. The pillow itself is good quality, but I made a mistake during checkout. I meant to buy a large back wedge pillow for elevation, but I accidentally ordered the knee wedge pillow instead. It is much smaller than what I needed for my back. I definitely need to be more careful and read the product descriptions closer next time! Since I didnt want to go through the trouble of returning it, I decided to keep it. It actually works perfectly for knee support and is very comfortable.
