I got this range hood for my casita. And it was the perfect size, it arrived quickly and was easy to put together. I like that it has two options a ducted version and a ductless one if you don’t want to make a hole in your wall. A thing to note is it doesn’t come with all the necessary items to install perfectly. It was missing the charcoal filter that goes inside the range hood (it makes you purchase separate) so that’s why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that it’s exactly as described.. Yulitza. You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him.
