Why is this important - without 100% coverage, there would be a gap under the garage door where insects/vermin could enter. Also, if your garage door were to come down on this ramp, your automatic garage door opener's setting may cause the door to not close, but come back up, believing it hit an obstruction - so make sure you have the capacity and instructions available to adjust those settings. Really sturdy shower base. I would buy again. I thought the pressure-fit drain would be handy, but my plumber refused to use it because he said they can cause problems. So that wasn't much of a value. But overall a great product. Just make sure to specify where you want the drain. When they asked, I said it didn't really matter, because I was plumbing a new drain to it. But I said, "Well, just put it in the center." But maybe because I hadn't specified that on the order, they sent the drain in the rear center, as shown. And it barely worked, because there was a joist super close!
