This heater can put out some heat!! I set mine at 60 degrees and it stays 70-80 degrees in my well insulated small home. It is NOT a wall insert - it mounts in the floor- I purchased it to mount on the wall and then had to call Wayfair because it does not mount on the wall as advertised. You can see the holes I have had to fix in my wall because this heater does not mount on the wall.. Lisa. Carthage, NY. Tue Dec 19 2023

Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. So far, I am very happy with the unit.. Walt. MI. Mon Oct 21 2024

The Moen Flo Shutoff installs on your home's main water line to monitor flow, pressure, and temperature 24/7, and automatically shuts off your water if it detects a leak, before it causes serious damage. Most water devices wait for a leak to happen, then send you an alert. The Flo Shutoff works differently. It proactively runs daily MicroLeak tests to find small drips, high pressure, and freezing conditions before they cause damage. When something is seriously wrong, it doesn’t just notify you, it automatically shuts off your water. A third-party LexisNexis study found homes with a Flo Shutoff saw up to a 96% reduction in water damage claim events. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Because the Flo Shutoff installs in-line on your main water supply, professional installation is recommended. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

This is awesome. Frequently leaks are stopped with this shutoff. After paying 1,600 for a preventable pipe leak, this pays for itself. Karnik. Fri Sep 25 2026

This replaced my microwave unit. This is very sturdy and solid built. The fan is a little noisier than I expected but it does pull quite a bit of air. It was heavy and hard to manage by myself so I had to get help installing. I’m not used to the gesture controls yet but could be a good feature if you have a busy or messy cooking area. I don’t see a screen or filter for grease capture but. Jennifer. Denver, NC. Sun Oct 11 2026

NuTone® interlocked make-up air dampers provide outside air when required to keep the air in the home fresher by allowing the range hood to operate at optimum levels. Slave dampers (MD6S, MD8S, and MD10S) are interlocked to the main automatic or universal make-up air damper and open in unison for synchronized operation. They close, along with the main damper, as soon as the range hood is powered off. Slave dampers can be ganged together to provide a cost-effective means to provide for higher volumes of make-up air.

this is for make-up air usage, it's working fine. Siqi. Fri Jun 21 2024

The Broan line of make-up air dampers removes the unnecessary energy cost penalty from the equation. Broan Make-Up Air Dampers operate only when it is necessary to let compensation air into the home. This is accomplished by the SmartSense fans and/or selected BEST or Broan range hoods communicating with the Broan Make-Up Air Damper when it is time to open and let compensation air into the home.

Purchased this during a kitchen remodel when we determined that we needed a make-up air duct. We had purchased a Thermador Hood for our kitchen when we realized it likely was going to pull out to negative pressure in the home. This has worked great with the pressure switch that automatically opens the damper when the pressure builds in duct. Only had a problem with the pressure sensor on install, found out quickly from tech support that it can only be mounted upright, we had not. When I corrected that, it functioned as it was supposed to.. Jhakes. Green Bay Wi. Wed Oct 03 2018
