Fantastic, exactly what I was searching for. These chairs were easy to assemble, the fabric has a nice soft feel. I was worried because a few reviews said they were shiny and they arent. These chairs would probably be 1000 each in a furniture store, we paid less than that with tax for 2. They are heavy ( I wouldnt want to carry them upstairs - they come in 1 box) and feel like quality. My husband is 62 and 275 lbs . He can lean backrecline and the chair is stable. He likes the chairs as much as I do. The chair backs are a good height from the seat. Allowing you to rest your head to take the pressure off your neck. I’m 75 years old and once I put the leg rest up I couldn’t get it back down. My son had to come over and put it down. So, don’t get me wrong I LOVE this recliner. Its fabric is nice, thick and looks to be durable. Its color is true to the online pictures. It’s super comfortable and has plenty of cushion with adjustable lumbar support and head rest. It rocks, swivels and reclines making it the perfect comfy chair. And YES! You can rock with a slight recline. Also, the recliner feels solid which I expected with flexsteel. However, theres a couple things to note, which is why the 4 star rating. First, was that we actually ordered the hand lever version and was sent the electric version. I’m not really complaining honestly,but it’s worth noting the wrong item was technically sent. And in receiving the electric version came some of the features we loved (adjustable lumbar and head rest), but also where some of the issues come in. The buttons are not labeled and take some getting use to. They can also be a little finicky.For example. I pressed the recline button then the foot button to adjust the feet and went to adjust the back again, but it wouldn’t recline. I had to set the recliner back to default and restart the chair adjustment. Another is that the recliner does not lay flat. For me this isn’t a big issue, it’s good enough. But others may want the feature. Lastly, the slots that fit the back of the chair to the base can be difficult to get together on assembly and leave a gap at the seat back if not settled. I liked it so much I bought two. My very good friends just got a new house and a new baby. So I bought them this chair in grey. And was so impressed with it when I visited that I bought one for myself in brown. It’s swivels beautifully and rocks great Even the massage is much better than I expected and hits right at the right spots. I’m 5’4. The heat is quit subtle but will feel great in winter.
