Looks nice, BUT, in the installation kit, there is a requirement to cut the SS Inlet tube and sand it down with sandpaper. This requires a tool to cut steel. This is not listed anywhere in the instructions, leaving my plumber dumbfounded. Once we reached trouble shooting on the phone (after a long wait), we were sent pictures of the necessary cutting. This seems like something that should be handled on your end--why wouldn't you cut this piece before including in the set and why don't you include any explanation of this in the directions? Also, you included the wrong water hoses, so we needed to go to the hardware store and purchase new hoses. All of this required extra labor, two visits, thus increasing overall expense.. The Contemporary Pull-Down Faucet is svelte and beautiful, with a simple, timeless design. The ultra-versatile design's sleek form gives any kitchen a clean appearance. The high-arc spout provides the most room for bulky objects like tall pitchers and huge cookware, making it the perfect companion to both large kitchen sinks and smaller basins on an island or in tiny kitchens. The ergonomic handle's 90-degree forward rotation allows for smooth operation and installation flexibility in areas with limited backsplash clearance. It was designed to be simple to use. You can flex, rotate, and reach all around the kitchen sink with a dual-function pull-down sprayer with a swivel adapter thanks to its greater agility and a broad range of motion.
