A leg broke on the bed about a year after it was purchased. Wayfair refused to send a replacement leg or allow me to pay for a replacement. Really disappointed with the lack of customer service and the fact that the company doesn't stand by its products. I suppose you get what you pay for, but other value furniture companies offer a more supportive customer service experience. We will be looking elsewhere for affordable furniture in the future.. Great experience. Delivery was awesome. I am a 68 yo widow and I put it together by myself. They make it almost impossible to make a mistake because of the way the holes are aligned. Nothing is perfect, and this was not. A couple slats were cracked, but did not affect the integrity. One of the Allen screws did not have the hex shape removed, so could only hand tighten, which did not tighten it at all. There were no extra screws, perhaps the will send me another to replace it. Color is just right and matches our pine furnishings. Bed went togather well. It looks good from a distance. Up close the finger joints do show under the lighter tone of the stain and finish. But overall this piece looks good. It is only 74 inches long and many twin mattresses are listed as 75 inches long. Also the standard 39 inch wide mattress will overhang about 3 inches. I used a 10 inch thick mattress and am sorry. The bed is quite high and not useful as a couch now. The limitations may not be as clear in online info as they could be. The Classic Daybed exudes elegance and calm. It is stately, yet beautiful by any measure. The daybed ships in three boxes: the back; the two sides; and the spring. Hardware included. An optional trundle would ship in another box.

The bed is super cute and it looks really great in my new sunroom. I was disappointed that the hardware package was incomplete and I had to wait two more weeks to get all the brackets and the correct screws delivered. And for whatever it’s worth I put this thing together by myself! It was a bear so I suggest getting at least two people to help.
