Classy, great light range, all with a touch of gold. I really like these, and they are very nice; however, I would give them a 4.5 score due to the cable connectors that come with them. They are not the best, and I replaced them with more appropriate low-voltage connectors. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to install the lights yet. I need to have an electrician that specializes in outdoor lighting, come and do it, . Everything came in the box and was packaged well . I did not realize that the lights were incomplete to install and that I had to research a transformer and additional wiring. But I did and the stuff arrives tomorrow and I will work to install them. They seem very well made and durable. From other pictures, I am excited to see how they go. I installed them on our drive from our detached garage (my husband's shop) and the house. I put them 8 feet apart. I got different connectors that are more reliable and waterproof and every light worked first time! I used to have battery operated lights that would come on to light the path for my husband, but that was such a hassle to keep them working. Now these will work all by themselves. I have them set to work with sunset/sunrise, but I think I am going to wait until sunset tonight and set them to work for 4-6 hours (an option on the transformer I got). Overall, I'd say these are a 4 star. The construction seems to be sound. The black finish is overall painted well and I like the size and sturdiness of them. They are a sleek simple but elegant add to my landscape. I have been updating my lighting and I needed something simple that didn't take up too much room along my narrow path that I will also use to transfer my lawn mower as well as compost container when I am cleaning the yard from big pruning projects. My only comments are, the paint job of the brass accent is a bit hurried, but that's only looking up at them pretty close. If you're walking by them day or night, you won't notice any unsharp masking job in the painting. The lights are well made and easy to install, just takes time splicing the wires from light to light. Also need a decent transformer to time them, I use the dusk till dawn setting. This Outdoor Landscape Lighting are a definite recommended!! Have never used low voltage lights and have always used solar, however these are such a better upgrade. They work all the time and can be cut on or off which is nice. Wasn’t too bad running the wiring in the rocks. We were going to use conduit but just buried the wiring well and nothing ever goes in the rocks. We loved this lighting so much we bought more and will be putting in our front yard as well.
