Very nice pole and it is very sturdy. The top piece was not attached. Bought the Arcitectura Mailbox too which was missing 2 bolts. Contacted customer service and the agent was most curt and unkind in her correspondence and told me it was attached to the base. I purchased the 7" green metal posts to fence off some bushes from the deer. The posts are of a sturdy metal and well made. The soil I have has the consistency of sand and dirt, so the posts slide into the dirt easily. The posts come with an instruction booklet, nuts, bolts, metal hooks and zip ties.
