My only complaint is that one of the screw heads sheared off, so now I don't have support there, but the hassle of trying to tap it out has prevented me from dealing with it unless I have to. This is actually super cool! The people who left bad reviews didn’t read the description of what they were getting. When I was unboxing the pieces my guy said “This thing is legit! That’s 14” steel!” It is very sturdy and perfectly fit my 16 foot shelf! You build you own ladder (see mine made from 2x4’s in my pics) so you can make it any height you like.
