I have many types of pans as I am a very accomplished home cook. I appreciate good quality as well. I own All-Clad, Calphalon, Le Creusets and Staub etc. . I wanted a non stick skillet and read about the "GreenPan" . This model Valencia is a higher quality and price point but I like the durability of it. I was hoping to purchase the same model in a slightly larger size , but I can't seem to find it , so maybe Green Pan doesn't make it.. The pan is sturdy and the non-stick surface looks like it will last a while. I have used it to saute, fry and cook rice. I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool.
