I wish the tabletop were about an inch thicker, as it is quite thin with a very thick/dense base which throws off the aesthetics a bit. Very nice table. Easy to assemble. Nice and sturdy. It does not look or feel cheap at all. Doesn’t seem to scratch easily. It looks like real wood and the staining is a nice color that I would say is true to online. The one thing I will mention is that the top and the base are shipped separately. WOW!!! I love the table but there is a definite stability issue. I warn anyone sitting down or standing next to it to NOT PUT ANY PRESSURE ON THE TABLE FOR FEAR IT WILL TIP OVER. That’s SAD. I did put a beveled glass top on it hoping the weight would help to stabilize it. I still don’t trust it at all and I make sure anything sitting on the table is placed at the center.
