Appearance I’ll be honest I don’t LOVE the finish, it looks white and chalky over rustic, the wood is kind of pinky. The finish cheapens the look of the table. The underside is almost prettier to me. But it has grown on me, it will look great with white upholstered chairs. I am still happy with it. But not in love with it. I did size up because the reviews said the small table looked flimsy next to the chunky legs. Mine is 84 inches long. The shape of the table is timeless and stunning. The pedestal for the table to sit on is attractive and easy enough to put together if you turn it sideways and not straight up and down, the top was easy to assemble, but there seems to be less than perfection in the adjoining pieces of the two table tops and whatever I tried, I could not get the entire length to close completely however, it’s still beautiful. We put a runner down the length of the seam in the two tops and you can’t see it and it feels really strong and sturdy and as attractive and easy enough to assemble if you have some Mechanical ability that’s all.. This small dining table is the perfect size for two and our compact kitchen dining area. It looks decent and doesn’t feel cheap, just appropriate for the price. Assembly only took 20 mins for 2 people, although we did have to put some effort into screwing in parts 4, as they were difficult to fit properly. We were also unable to install parts 7, it seemed like they didn’t quite reach the pre-drilled holes even with the bolts. In the end, we decided not to use them, and the table still feels stable and sturdy. The color is more neutral in natural daylight and slightly more yellow under warm indoor lighting.
