I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. A couple things to note: the armrest placement feels a bit off — it’s not super comfortable to actually rest your arms on them. The style kind of reminds me of a doctor’s office waiting room, which isn’t bad but not exactly the vibe I expected. Assembly was mostly easy, but one frustrating part is that there are no pre-drilled screw holes on the bottom. You’re pretty much guessing where to screw the seat in, which was a little annoying.
