In this particular case when I got to the second box to put the chairs together there was no hardware packet inside. I went online and put in a complaint. Just got an email today stating the hardware packet should arrive on February 10, so we will see if they send the correct hardware. I don't think I have ever had a purchase from Wayfair that didn't have an issue with something. It is definitely common with this company. I still really like the chairs. Love the look and comfort of these chairs. The only thing that went wrong is we were not sent enough furniture feet for the bottom of the chairs. The chairs are lovely, a rich brown color, no reddish tint to them. Haven’t had much time sitting on them but they seem comfortable. These chairs are quite nice but the color of the wood is a bit more red than expected and the cushion material, although soft, doesn't seem like it will hold up to stains over time.
