well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. The chair doesn’t fit in the box! I ordered two and both had parts sticking out! So my chairs came damaged. Luckily not damaged enough that it ruin the product but still a little upset.... besides that the chair was easy to assemble. I could do it by myself in about 20 mins following the instructions. Sitting in it is nice but it’s a bit stiff compared to other mesh chairs I’ve had. I’m hoping it will soften a bit after using it. The headrest is a really nice plus! I never knew I needed it! The chair can lean back a good enough amount and you can lock it in place. The mechanism to push it back is a little complicated to learn at first since there’s no instructions but it’s easy once you get it. My mom still doesn’t understand it though but she still likes the chair. If you’re shorter than 5’3’’ then the chair is too tall for you. My mother’s feet hang off the chair and she needs a foot rest. For me my feet just touch the floor so I’ll probably get a foot rest too. All in all it’s a nice chair! I gave it 4 because of packaging issues but besides that I really like the product. The back actually hugs my whole back so I feel support throughout my whole back. We will probably order more..
