This flush mount light is absolutely beautiful and the phots I've taken don't do it justice so I am not going to post them. It is a little flashy, so you need to appreciate bling. It has some weight to it so the mounting plate will need to be solid. Once or if you have the correct mounting the connection is simple. Getting the light bulbs installed was tricky to maneuver due to the small space to fit in 6 bulbs. Installing the 109 or so faux crystals is time consuming; an 40 minutes maybe. All in it took a little over an hour. I bought two of them and had two issues with the second one; 2 of the 6 sockets did not work and it was missing 1 crystal. I emailed the manufacturer.
