These chairs are very high quality and sturdy. It’s difficult to find office chairs that the seat height is at least 20” and these fit the bill. There is a slight degree difference in the pitch of the seat front and slightly lower at the rear which is perfect for comfort, posture and keeping the seat at my preferred height. The only complaint are the directions for putting together the round base - there is a correct side - make sure you insert the hydraulic mechanism first to figure out the top and bottom before installing the wood covers. It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. Pulling out the footrest is not easy (doesn’t slide out easy), but the rest of it functions as expected. I will try to see if greaseWD40 will improve the footrest situation.. Anonymous.
