Bought two of these headboards (Queen) for a guesthouse. Love the design and look great. Easy to assemble. The frame is very sturdy. The bed itself is beautiful and looks great in my guest bedroom—it feels solid and well-made, which is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. Unfortunately, everything else went downhill from there. As is often the case with Wayfair, the item arrived damaged. The wood had visible dings, screws were missing, and the shipment came in two boxes delivered on separate days, which delayed assembly. Putting it together wasn’t smooth either. The instructions were fairly clear, but the screw holes didn’t align properly, making it impossible to assemble the bed perfectly.. Caryn. US. I’d been eyeing this headboard for awhile but it seemed to sell out quickly. So after shopping at local furniture stores & seeing those $$$ prices, I nabbed this one as soon as I was notified it was back in stock! I was a bit nervous about what it would look like/quality for the price but I was happily satisfied with it. The only reason I gave it 4 vs 5 stars is that the small separations between the boards aren’t stained like the rest of the headboard is, so it’s noticeable ( but I have a discerning eye) at first and figured I’d have to get a brown paint marker to cover it, but actually it’s not noticeable from a distance and I haven’t seen anything while in the bed- so maybe it’s just the angle and I’m leaving it as is. Otherwise overall I’m very happy with it, it makes a statement in the room and gives my room a solid grounded base that I was wanting. I do enjoy the frame but for wooden floors I do not recommend it. The pegs in the middle that hold the bed up keep sliding out and the bed moves around. Even with a carpet and a carpet pad. Looks very nice, just as pictured. Easy to assemble. The support legs that attach to the bedframe are solid and sturdy, but the headboard itself feels a little flimsy especially near the top.
