There was a minor manufacturing defect on the stitching of one of the chairs, but wayfair gave me a discount on the product since it didn't warrant returning (still functional). Overall, I'd buy these again. I also have been able to get occasional stains/spots out of the fabric - I have the grey padded one so maybe it's less noticeable with those. These chairs are really really heavy!! Fortunately I am using them on a tiled floor so I can slide them as they are difficult to move. The seats are very hard so I don’t find these to be comfortable. It’s always a challenge to determine color from photos and I am disappointed in the “stone” color. I wish I had ordered the “light grey”. The stone color has strong green undertones. The chairs look like sage green in the daytime! It is too much effort to return these so I will have to change some of the decorating to make them work. These chairs are great! They fit into my small space very well and they are very well-made. They were easy to put together. The only suggestion I have is that you pay attention to the details in the pictures of how some of the parts need to fit together because if you mix up the parts placement that look similar, things will not fit together. Many times with directions you can just look at the parts if there are few parts and think you can quickly put them together and this is not that case with the chairs. Love the look of these chairs and how sturdy they are. Definitely heavy which makes them feel more expensive. The padded seat isn't the most comfortable however, it's very firm. I ordered 10 of them for my poker table and they get positive feedback after the first game. Assembly is a little tedious but not horrible. They look great and are pretty comfortable.
