Never had to return a purchase previously. The process was done easily but disappointed refund did not reflect total amount originally paid for item especially since item was poorly made not reflecting quality expected. The coverlet itself, although beautiful fabric, was a let down how it was incorrectly made, the pillow cases were not equal in size, the pillow included was outer cover not an actual pillow and overall disappointing..
