We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. High quality wine glasses made by Riedel which is one of the brands known for their high-end, luxury, handmade glasses and decanters. These glasses are part of their Extreme Collection. They are machine-made, dishwasher-safe, and durable. I don't have worry about them being too precious for daily use and yet they are elegant and feel good in the hand. I can find "cheaper" glasses, but these are big bang for your buck if you want to get a quality glass and not break the bank. These Riesling glasses are the perfect size for white wine and I plan to purchase more and get some of the different kinds of red wine glasses from this collection. Highly recommend.. Lia.
